Resident’s Facial Photos

Dear Luma Residents,

We ask each resident that calls Luma home to please email a photo of just your face to be programmed into our software to help our staff identify residents without the hassle of providing government issue ID. As you are aware, each resident from time to time will check in with the front desk in order to receive packages, dry cleaning or request access to their home. Most of the time our staff is very good at identifying our residents with all these and other requests with little hassle or delays. However, there are times when new employees or patrol personnel less familiar with our community may not know you. Having your beautiful picture in our system helps us help you without the hassle of providing ID. It streamlines the process, getting you to where you need to go just that much faster.

So if you have not done so already, please email a picture to the Front Desk at frontdesk@lumahoa.com . Alternatively, we will be glad to take your picture for our system.
